It was the season finale episode and was aired on May 22, 2005. In this episode, the actual reason which made Mary Alice to commit suicide was at last revealed. Rex had a heart attack and Susan, Lynette, and Gabrielle rushed to the Hospital to be with Bree. Rex died. Carlos attacked Justin assuming that he had relationship with Gabrielle and ended in the prison. However, he soon came to know about John-Gabrielle relationship but in an unexpected way. Finally, Tom decided to be a stay-at-home dad and Lynette went back to her job. Zach wanted to kill Mike and as such held Susan on his gunpoint.
