Season 4
Desperate Housewives season 4 was premiered on 9-30-2007. Initially, 23 episodes were scheduled for the season but because of WGA strike, it featured only 17 episodes so season 4 is the shortest season aired till date. Season opens with an episode named ‘Now You Know’. As the season begins, Susan and Mike do have a well running married life. During the season 4, Susan also discovers that she’s pregnant. Lynette has some problems with Kayla and is also battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Bree is acting like she’s pregnant and plans to adopt the baby and pass it off as her own kid. Gabrielle- Victor relationship is not good so Gabrielle is unhappy with her married life. That’s why only Gabrielle is continuing her secret affair with Carlos. Edie tries to keep her relationship with Carlos intact by blackmailing him. Season finale ‘Free (2) was aired on 5-18-2008. On this episode, Katherine announces that she has to leave the town. The person who takes the responsibility of Bob and Lee’s wedding is Bree. From Ellie’s teddy bear, Gabrielle finds $ 118,000. Susan doubts that she’ll leave someone she loves very soon. Several residents of Wisteria Lane are faced with deadly threats.

A twister arrives in Wisteria Lane which forces the residents to move into Safe rooms, cellars and basements and destroys the lives and houses abruptly. Susan falls down the stairs so ends up in hospital.
