Teri Hatcher, an American actress, took birth in Palo Alto, California. She was born to Esther, a computer programmer working with Lockheed martin and Owen W. Hatcher, a nuclear physicist and electrical engineer. Owen W. Hatcher was of Welsh and Choctaw Native American descent. Her mother is of half Lebanese and half French/German descent. She was the only one child of her family and was brought up in Sunnyvale, California. Teri attended Mango Junior High, Fremont High School in Sunnyvale and De Anza College in Cupertino.
In 2006, Teri revealed that during her childhood, she was sexually abused by her uncle. She studied acting at the American Conservatory Theatre. In 1984, she served as a cheerleader with the San Francisco 49ers. During that time period, she made an appearance on the show ‘The Love Boat’ in its final season.
In 1993, Teri Hatcher made a starring appearance on ‘Lois and Clark’ opposite Dean Cain.
